'Red Robin' is a dense medium-sized evergreen shrub of erect habit, with glossy, elliptic leaves. The new red, foliage and crimson stems make a strong contrast with the mature green foliage lower down the plant. The flowers appear in mid and late spring, and are sometimes followed by spherical red fruit.
Bred in New Zealand. Received the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.
