All items on our web store are available for delivery within a 30 mile radius using our local delivery service. Nationwide delivery is available for outdoor furniture, vouchers, seeds and cards.

Local Delivery

Postage of vouchers, seeds, and cards £3.00

All other orders below the value of £150 will have a delivery charge from £3.00

Within a 5-mile radius £5

Within a 10 Mile radius £10

Within a 20 Mile Radius £15

Within a 30 Mile Radius £30

 

Nationwide Delivery

Postage of vouchers, seeds, and cards £3.00

Furniture by Courier Service £85

 

How long does a delivery take?

Delivery timescales vary from product to product.

Standard delivery takes between 3-7 working days. There are a few exceptions:

· Plant deliveries take between 5-12 working days if not held in stock.

· Furniture and larger items may take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver if not held in stock. We aim to deliver all furniture held in stock within 7 working days.

Outdoor Furniture, Vouchers, seeds, and bulbs are available for delivery to all mainland UK.

We can deliver our beautiful plants, garden equipment, compost and giftware to customers within a 30-mile radius.

Covid Restrictions

Due to current covid restrictions all deliveries will be to the door. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer on-site construction of furniture or entre your property.

 

Gifting

If you have seen something for a loved one and would like to send them a gift, we are happy to accept orders placed outside of the 30-mile radius, so long as the delivery address is within the area we cover.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Cancelling your order could not be simpler, all you need to do is have a chat with a member of our team, explain that you want to cancel and give your order details. If the item has not been despatched, we will make sure the order is cancelled for you. If it has been sent, a member of our staff will be happy to discuss this with you. Please note a returns fee may be incurred if the product is unwanted rather than damaged or faulty.

 

Do you offer delivery on orders placed instore?

Delivery can be arranged for orders placed instore. Costs start from £5 within a 5 mile radius. Ask instore for full details.
